Cristina leads UX research across Liquid Light's projects and manages a portfolio of retainer clients, building the long-term relationships that keep projects running smoothly. She brings together her expertise in account management, content strategy, and marketing communications to deliver work that is both rigorous and genuinely audience-focused.

With over eight years of experience working with clients across the UK and internationally, she has built a strong practice in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering, with a particular talent for building trust quickly, drawing out meaningful insight, and translating findings into clear, actionable outcomes.

Her work spans the non-profit, education, and professional services sectors, with clients including EFP, ALPSP, UHC2030, and AFI. Across all of them, stakeholder alignment and deep audience understanding sit at the heart of everything she does.

Cristina holds an MSc in Marketing Communications and a BA in Advertising and Public Relations. Outside of work, she can usually be found painting, hiking or catching live music.
